Returns, Replacements and Refunds
We accept the return of new items for exchange or refund within 14 days from the sale date.
Exchanges or refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from receipt back to our store. The buyer is responsible for shipping charges.
Returned products must be new in the original package without damage to any of the packaging, with all the original accessories that came with the item, for all exchanges ,returns and refunds please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Unsealed and used items are subject to approval depending on the condition of the item and packaging. Any product returned to us that has been installed or used will be inspected and depending on the outcome may be replaced , repaired or rejected. Email email@example.com. Any product that is returned damaged or has damage to the packaging, removal of any bar code or manufacturer's label will be rejected, and returned at the customers cost.
There will be a replacement charge to items that are missing from the returned item

Wrongly shipped items should be reported immediately to firstname.lastname@example.org from there the correct product or products will be organized to be returned at the sellers cost and replaced as per customer request.

Please note there is no warranty on any speakers unless specified on the product package
Please allow up to 4-6 weeks for goods to be repaired.
The seller will return the goods at their cost to a South African address
